Local amenities including bars and a supermarket are 5 minutes walk. The medieval town of Obidos is only 15 Minutes drive and the larger town of Caldas da Rainha with larger supermarkets and banks is also 15 minutes drive. 

The Villa is furnished to a high standard, with 5 bedrooms and three bathroom’s, and can accommodate up to 10 guests. You can relax around the large  private outdoor pool and have a BBQ. You can also take morning coffee or a glass of wine on one of the upstairs balconies.

Inside all amenities are available to make your stay comfortable, the kitchen has a large fridge freezer and dishwasher, and there is also a washing machine and dryer in the utility room. This villa is suitable for families with young children  ( please note the pool is not fenced) and also parties of golfers. The safe sandy shallow beach of the lagoon is only 10 minutes walk / 2 minutes drive away, and the rugged Atlantic coast with a safe sandy beach, which is patrolled by a life guard is just 5 minutes drive.
